Shipping Address
We currently only provide shipping within Peninsular Malaysia.
We will ship to addresses provided in the shipping address during your purchase. Please ensure that the correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.
We shall not be liable for any losses or damages in the event of an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number being provided.
Please note that the shipment delivery lead time and self-pickup lead time will start on the next working day after your purchase.
Self- Pick Up
You can choose to collect your purchases at our store.

Self Pick-Up Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Once the order is ready for collection, we will notify you through email notification or phone call.
* Self-pick-up hours will be subjected to change due to public holidays, any unforeseen events, and E-Tech IT's company events.
* We strongly encourage customers to inspect the purchased item during self-pickup, E-Tech IT will not be liable for any damaged or missing item once the customer leaves the store. (except defect covered by warranty).
* Self-pick-up order must be collected within 90 days from the date of purchase. Failure to collect the order within the 90 days timeframe will result in the forfeit of the order and no refund.
* This self-pick-up policy is for E-Tech IT online store purchases only.
All orders are delivered through our designated courier service providers.
Delivery Time
E-Tech IT will use its reasonable endeavors to ship out your order within the stated time frame, however E-Tech IT may not be able to ensure that these time frames will always be met, as many factors may affect the delivery schedule.
For Peninsular Malaysia
It usually takes between 2-5 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on weekdays only.
*Subject to the limitation of courier service. In the event of a holiday or sale event or natural disaster, the delivery might be delayed.
For Pre-Order
We may not be able to guarantee the estimated shipping date for the pre-order items. We will ship out the pre-order item, the moment the item arrived.
Pre-orders may also be delayed subject to processes/approval from the Malaysian Customs Department or any Malaysian governmental agency.
**Kindly be informed that due to the festive season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year & Hari Raya), online orders received are not guaranteed to arrive on time. The delay may be due to the cut-off date set by our third-party courier service provider or overcapacity.
