Warranty & Exchange Policy
We do our best to accept exchanges and cases to send for warranty. However, it must fulfill all the requirements below to be eligible. We reserve the right to reject any exchange, or warranty cases deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Exchange Policy
One-to-one Exchange of Products within 3 days upon receipt is applicable for online transactions. Only certain products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a One-to-one exchange (subject to availability of stock) if:
The product has an actual 'Manufacturer's Defect'
The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) are complete and in good condition. Opened products cannot be returned. If the item is sealed, in its original packaging, and has not been tampered with, you may return the item.
The product is accompanied by the original receipt.
The customer needs to email us within 3 days of the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
If the item is returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund after deducting the payment gateway charges. However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Malaysia bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the Customer's name or information. We can only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Malaysia.
eGift cards and top-up credits are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Working products found incompatible with the customer's PC or Notebook will not be entitled to any exchange. For exchange purposes, the customer needs to email us at bsklsupport@etech.com.my and include the following details in the email – Order No, Invoice No, Contact No, Product to exchange, Faulty Reason. Customers will have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the exchange process. Kindly email us (bsklsupport@etech.com.my) first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions. The ONE-to-ONE Exchange of Products period will be according to the goods receipt date.
Warranty Policy
All sales are considered final, no refund will be entitled.
E-Tech IT’s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers.
E-Tech IT will provide warranty service for delivery to (and from) the manufacturer’s Service Centre based on the supplier/principal’s given period - 3 or 6 months, 1 year, or more than 1 year. For items more than 1 year, we will cover warranty service for the 1st year only. After 1st year, the warranty handling fee will be charged. To claim a warranty, the customer needs to send the product to our store located at Bukit Jelutong, Selangor; at his / her own cost. The return of the repaired product to the customer will also be at the customer's own cost. Customers can choose to send and pick up repaired products at the E-Tech IT store to avoid delivery fees. Physical damage and software issues are not covered under warranty.
For warranty purposes, the customer needs to email us at bsklsupport@etech.com.my. Please include the following details in the email – Order No, Invoice No, Name, Contact No, Product to exchange, Faulty Reason.

The product's warranty period will be according to the good's receipt date.
Customers can also opt to walk into our store to request exchange or warranty services (By appointment basis). You are required to bring along the invoice for verification purposes.

Some of the goods advertised on this E-Tech IT website come with a manufacturer's warranty. You should directly contact the manufacturer or service center for details relating to the available manufacturer's warranty (if any).
Many of our products come with a warranty from the manufacturer. By approaching the brand’s authorized service centre, the warranty process can be expedited. Contact us.
